To request deletion of your Honest Leaderboard Game account and associated personal data, email andrew@honestleaderboardgame.com with the subject “Honest Leaderboard Game account deletion”. You do not need to sign in to this website or reinstall the app.
Include your public display name and whether you used iPhone or Android. We will reply to verify account ownership before deleting anything. Your display name alone is not proof of ownership. Do not send passwords, verification codes, card details, or full purchase receipts or tokens.
You can also delete your account directly in the app: open your profile by tapping your name, then choose Delete account.
What happens
Your sign-in identity is removed and your public name becomes “Deleted player”. Account access ends; signing in again creates a new account, not a restored one. Private block and report relationships are removed in bounded batches. Deletion is not a refund and does not remove anonymous amounts already counted on monthly leaderboards.
Limited records needed to settle an unresolved payment or finish deletion may remain temporarily, with final retained-record cleanup targeted within 31 days. Minimized financial records may be kept longer where needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. They do not retain your original account identifier after that cleanup.
